| In collaboration with my Aunt, we have decided to try creating a site where people from Erie and Crawford counties in Pennsylvania can list their lost or found pets. Have you ever had an extremely cute dog or cat show up at your doorstep and do not know who they belong to? We both have and, it is extremely hard not to mention expensive and very time consuming to advertise in order to find the owner. We recommend that you do everything you can to find the owner of a lost pet, but this site is just an added tool to save time and money, and hopefully reunite pets with their rightful owners. On this site, you can list a description of the pet that you have either lost or found. Please leave your email address so that you can be contacted and remember to check your email frequently. If you think that a description matches your lost or found pet, contact the person who posted by email. You can leave your phone number, but remember that this site is able to be viewed world wide. You may not want just anyone to have your number, we recommend communicating through email for this reason. Please remember that we are doing this out of the kindness of our hearts, because we don't like to see lost pets. We are not responsible for any misleading information, and hope that there is not anyone out there that would do such a thing! We are only trying to make it easier for people to be in contact with the hope that they can find their pet much faster. Each post will be left on this site for two weeks. After two weeks you will be contacted by email to see if the pet has been claimed by it's rightful owner. If not, you may choose to leave your post on longer or have it deleted. If we get no response by email, then the post will be deleted. Please do not post photos of pets lost or found, for the reason of, it would be too easy for just anyone to claim that pet. Please be sure that the pet can be described in detail before handing over to just anyone. We are in no way responsible for a pet being given to the wrong person. Please contact us by email as soon as the pet is claimed or found so that other lost pets can be posted. This site is NOT for advertising animals for sale, it is only for lost or found pets! | Because of the fact that our site was being bombarded with advertisements for online poker, insurance and such, when you list a pet it will be forwarded to me to be approved before it is listed on the site. I check twice a day to approve listings, so please allow some time before seeing your listing online! Thank you for your patience! |
